BulkSMS BD provides bulk SMS messaging services to businesses and individuals in Bangladesh. Our services include SMS delivery, API access, delivery reporting, and related features.
3. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must not use the service for illegal purposes
- You must not send spam or unsolicited messages
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Prohibited Content
The following types of content are strictly prohibited:
- Spam or unsolicited commercial messages
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
- Illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Phishing or malicious links
- Political campaign messages without proper authorization
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through bKash. SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change with notice.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we are not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by network operators or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
BulkSMS BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
